The 66th International music and dance festival of Granada takes place this year from the 23th June until the 14th July, with tickets going on sale from Wednesday 11th April.
Performances take place throughout the city, with the stunning backdrop of the Alhambra Palace playing host to several distinguished artists at several locations within the grounds. The balmy nights of early summer are ideal for open-air concerts, and with the backdrop of the Moorish and Castilian palaces, plus the gardens of the Generalife, the venues are spectacles in themselves.
Within Granada several architectural buildings offer an alternative programme with free daytime concerts performed in historical landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Royal chapel and the Abbey of Sacromonte, as well as many of the cities Churches and contemporary buildings.
